Escape to the picturesque village of Happisburgh nestled along the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. The sandy and clean beach is only a short walk away. Walk along the rugged cliff tops and view the great beach, or sit and relax watching the waves! Enjoy the miles of open countryside, and watch the swifts and swallows swirl overhead.
The Wishing Well is located in a superb central position in Happisburgh. Norwich, Cromer and Great Yarmouth are all approximately 20 miles away. The Norfolk Broads is approximately 10 miles away. Norfolk is a fine example of rural England, with huge open skies and miles of country walks through fields, quaint flint and Norfolk red brick buildings, twisting waterways and bustling market towns.
The impressive Wishing Well property offers FOR 2021 ONLY self-catering accommodation due to the Covid pandemic.
-Self Contained Detached Annex(with own access) Sleeps up to 4-5 persons (The 5th guest option in this accommodation would sleep on a single fold up extra bed in the lounge area)
-Self Contained Ground Floor Suite(with own access) Sleeps up to 2/3 persons (The 3rd guest option in this accommodation would sleep on a single fold up extra bed next to the other bed(s))
- Pet Dog(s) are allowed in the DETACHED ANNEX or GROUND FLOOR SELF CONTAINED SUITE if :-
1. You have prior approval from Happisburgh holidays.
2. You accept to pay for any damage caused by your pet(s)
3. You agree that you pet(s) will be kept on a lead at all times when entering or leaving your accommodation.
4. You ensure if your dog(s)is left alone inside your accommodation your dog(s) must be in a pet crate/cage.

The iconic red and white Happisburgh lighthouse was built in 1790 and is the only independently operated lighthouse in the UK. The lighthouse has regular open days during the year. There is a 1 metre minimum height person rule and remember there are a lot of steps to climb. The lighthouse history, and views are far reaching, so try and fit in a visit.

The 15th Century, St Mary the Virgin Church in Happisburgh, with its 100 ft tower. Please check out the service times as new worshippers are welcome. Throughout the year, the Church has various events, and an open day to climb the tower, and see views for miles around.

Weekly table top sales are held at Happisburgh and Walcott village halls. Larger outdoor boot sales are held at Stalham football ground each Friday and Sunday (weather permitting), and on Sundays at the Sprowston park and ride site.
Happisburgh has a daily bus service and the local take-away and supermarkets deliver to this area as required.
